Require Customer Care Executive/Associate.

Female Customer Care Executive/Associate. 

1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service Industry: 
Internet / Ecommerce Salary: 1, 20,000 – 1, 80,000 PA Location : Pune Role & Responsibilities: 
1. Interact with customers by phone, e-mail or online chat concerning various care issues. 
2. Receive inbound calls of customers and place orders as per customer request. 
3. Outbound calls to customers advising them of changes in orders if any. 
4. Provide general information of status of customer's order. 
5. Answer calls politely & professionally to provide information about our products, orders status, complaints, etc. 
6. Should be well versed with computers and should have a good typing speed of 30 WPM 
7. Maintain follow-up contact with tickets to ensure satisfactory resolution of complaints 
8. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, Complaints, comments, as well as actions taken. 
9. Ensure all customers' queries are investigated and resolved, escalating issues if appropriate. 
10. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation What you will need:
 • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
. • Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment. 
• Smart at handling customer complaints.
 • should be hard working & keen to learn 
• Computer Knowledge is must.
 • Passion and commitments (I guess that’s a given for working in any start-up).
 • Zero hesitation in getting the hands dirty.
